TERMS AND CONDITIONS, RETURNS and REFUNDS
  • All orders must be prepaid by MasterCard or Visa. You providing us with your credit card number authorize us to charge your credit card for dental supply order purchases. In the event of a dispute, we ask that you provide us with the opportunity to settle your claim prior to disputing with your credit card company. By choosing to proceed to checkout, you are agreeing to all Terms & Conditions.
  • Prices listed subject to availability at time of order. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
  • Please make sure that you provide us with correct address information including street number, street name, suite number if applicable, city, state and zip code. If you provide us with incorrect address information and UPS charges us $5.00 for address correction, you will be responsible for those charges.
  • We ship only inside the contiguous United States, Alaska & Hawaii.
  • We collect state sales tax in Michigan.
  • Prices listed subject to availability at time of order. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
  • We can only sell to licensed dentists. We are here to serve the professional dental community.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions:
  • Payments will be applied once the order is shipped, we do not charge shipping for backorders.
  • Pricing is subject to change at any time.
  • All clients that subscribe to our newsletters will be notified of any promotions as well as the promotion codes.

Returns:

All returns must be received within 30 days from date of invoice. If you are returning something that you ordered in error, or just don't want, we ask you to mail the item back at your expense. If you need to return something that we sent wrong or otherwise made a mistake on, we will mail you a return label (call tag).

Returned Goods

All goods returns require prior authorization. Returns must be authorized by MZK Dental Products within 7 days of date received by the customer

  • All returned goods must have Return Authorization Number
A return must meet the following criteria:
  • All products must be returned in their original container or package, in clean and saleable condition.
  • All returns must be accompanied with a copy of your invoice, and a description of the problem.
  • Returned products must have been purchased within the previous thirty (30) days. Any returns past thirty (30) days may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
  • Shortages or errors in shipping must be reported within 7 days of the invoice date to issue credit.
  • Special order items: Products that we do not ordinarily stock are not returnable! We require a 50% down payment on any items not listed in our catalog.
  • All returned goods must be shipped prepaid
  • All authorized returns must be received by MZK Dental Products in original packaging, accessories, documentation and in original condition for credit considerations. All outbound freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Policy:
  • No refunds will be given; only credits to your MZK Dental Products account will be issued. Amounts will be credited to your MZK Dental Products account and automatically applied to your next order.
  • If we have to pursue collection activities against you for any reason, you will be billed applicable finance charges. You will also be responsible for any lawyer’s fees or collection costs incurred during collection activities.
